Wreck of the week: Cumbria. A three-bedroom bungalow in Hallbankgate, near Brampton. It is tidy and habitable, but dated – £20,000 would regroom. It has wide open views and a new multi-fuel stove, but two bedrooms are narrow and one leads off the other and the lane is unpaved. it is on the market for £120,000.
