Wreck of the week: West Yorkshire. This is a three-bed detached house in Manor Park, Ilkley, that needs a new heating system, kitchen and bathroom – around £50,000 would get it into a fit state. It is close to a park and the town centre and has an integral garage, large garden and no chain. On the downside the kitchen is a galley and the third bedroom scarcely bigger.
