Wreck of the week: Kingston upon Thames. Yours for £475,000, this is a three-bed semi that is well-loved but dated – you’ll want to redo all the interiors. Acres of common land lie to the front, with the wilds of Richmond Park close by, and there’s a 52ft garden and room to extend. It does, however, sit squarely on the busy A3.
