Wreck of the week: Essex This is one of a small clutch of individualistic houses, within and without the sea wall at Lee-Over-Sands near St Osyth. On the market for £95,000 it is semi-derelict, so you’ll be wanting to start from scratch. It’s in an isolated location on a beach nature reserve where further development is banned, but climate change might bring the sea a little too close for comfort.
