Sneak peek inside the world's biggest Primark in Birmingham

Lucky shoppers have been treated to a sneak peek of the world's biggest Primark.

The store is opening 70 miles away from Bristol, a little more than an hour up the M5, in Birmingham.

For those who know Birmingham city centre, Primark has completely rebuilt an entire shopping centre - the Pavilions - but kept the giant entrance hall.

The world's biggest Primark will get a 'Disney-themed cafe' when it opens in Birmingham

The store itself will be so big it will have almost 1,000 employees when it officially opens later this week on April 11.

'Friends and family' members were given the first chance to see inside on April 8.

The entrance includes what resembles a narrow brick-tilled floor with a mock street lamppost directing people into the store on the left. (BirminghamLive)

The store features digital window displays facing outdoor shoppers as well as the latest clothing range dedicated to Harry Potter, which originally launched in September 2017.

It also includes a Mills barbers and Duck & Dry Xpress Beauty Studio where you can get an 'instant' new hair do.
