Sneak peek at the superyacht inspired by jet planes - and it's utterly luxurious

A multi-million pound superyacht isn't something you see every day, but one company is looking to make sure that its latest creation will turn heads.

That's because luxury yacht company Codecasa has designed a yacht that doesn't look like a ship - it's designed to look like a jet plane.

In fact, the 70m-long yacht will have a curved bow to replicate a cockpit, as well as using plenty of aviation tools including its on-board radars.

The design is being finalised, but the company has offered a sneak peek with artists' impressions, although it plans to start building the yacht within the first half of 2020.

But it's not just the Codecasa Jet 2020's exterior which is impressive.

On board, passengers will find heaps of luxurious features including a huge Sun Deck from which they can take in the views, a large swimming pool, a gym and even a beach club.

The club will include a Skylounge with large glass windows boasting a height of three metres, so passengers can take in the uninterrupted ocean views.

The Owner's Suite will take up the entire main deck's bow area, while the yacht will accommodate any guests in four elegant cabins.

Although it looks like a plane, the yacht won't be able to take to the skies - but it will have a helipad so that guests can fly in on helicopters.

You can find out more on the Codecasa website .

Of course it's not the only superyacht to have caught our attention in recent months.

Last year, Scenic unveiled its brand new offering, Scenic Eclipse, which boasts its own submarine , not to mention it has private helicopters which can be folded away into the ship in what makes for quite a cool and sleek storage method.

Meanwhile, Emerald Waterways recently revealed it will be launching new yacht Emerald Azzurra , a luxury yacht set to sail on ocean cruises in July 2021.

The glamorous new ship will be able to accommodate 100 guests and up to 68 members of crew, and will boast swish cabins, fine dining restaurants, an on board wellness centre and even a large pool with a glass front so swimmers can enjoy ocean views.
