It's Newcastle, but not as we've known it.
Where streets and beaches were once bustling with activity, there are now just a handful of people as we adjust to life in lockdown.
And as we learnt at Thursday's press conference with NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, it's something that will continue for at least another week.
Photographers Marina Neil and Simone De Peak have been shooting the action for the Newcastle Herald and while much of their time has been spent at testing centres and exposure sites over the past week, they've also captured images at some of the city's more recognisable landmarks, minus the enormous crowds.
