Snapchat appears to be suffering a major outage, with users around the world claiming they are unable to send or receive snaps.
Many have also reported seeing a "could not refresh" error message when they try to load their feeds.
The app has been having issues since 17:26 BST, according to Downdetector, which monitors online outages.
Users in the UK, Northern Europe and the East Coast of the United States appear to be the worst affected, according to Downdetector's outage map.
Snapchat acknowledged the outage in a message on its Twitter Support account.
"We're aware some Snapchatters are having trouble using the app. Hang tight - we are looking into it," the company said.
Thousands of users took to Twitter and other social media platforms to express their frustration.
The company declined to comment on the cause of the outage.
