Snakehead by Anthony Horowitz – review

Having read many books in this fantastic series, it was time for me to read the seventh book, which is called Snakehead. As usual in this stunning series, I was gripped to the story right from the opening.

Splashdown. Alex Rider would never forget the moment of impact, the first shock as the parachute opened and the second – more jolting still – as the module that had carried him back from outer space crashed into the sea.

This book is about the fourteen year old teenage spy, who is recruited by the Australian Secret Intelligence Service to work with his godfather, Ash, who has to pretend to be an Afghan Refugee to prevent the criminal organisation from executing their dangerous plans. Alex finds himself in danger many times, but he is not afraid to take challenging risks. With his logic and luck, will he manage to prevent a bomb, which is expected to kill eight extremely rich people?

Snakehead

This book is full of surprises! Anthony Horowitz has lived up to his reputation and has created another spell bounding plot, which does not allow the reader to put the book down!
