'Snake' - Arsenal fans rage after video shows Chelsea star's brutal trolling on team bus

Arsenal fans have a lot of reasons to feel bitter about their Europa League loss to Chelsea and one of the big ones is down to Olivier Giroud's antics after the 4-1 win for the Blues.

Giroud was once an Arsenal favourite but is now becoming a loved character amongst the Chelsea fans, with his excellent performance in Baku only improving his standing at the club ahead of next season.

The 32-year-old originally joined Arsenal in 2012 from Montpellier and went on to be a constant threat on goal and a regular starter for the Gunners.

Giroud switched to Chelsea in 2018 and while he has not hit the heights in the Premier League, the French striker bagged a remarkable eleven goals in 14 Europa League matches this season as the Blues landed the trophy, with the forward scoring a wonderful header to break the deadlock in the final.

Watching Giroud head home was hard to take for Arsenal fans but what proved even worse was the perceived mocking of the Gunners in a video shared on social media by Chelsea playmaker Jorginho.

Giroud celebrated by shouting 'thank you, Arsenal' on the Chelsea coach after the game and it's safe to say it didn't go down well with supporters of the Gunners.

Giroud had earlier described his respect for Arsenal in an interview with BT Sport, adding that the club had changed his life and given him the opportunity to live his dream of playing in the Premier League.

He said: "I improved so much so I owe them my life. I didn't want to celebrate but on another side I'm so proud to win this trophy with Chelsea.

"Now I'm definitely a true blue."
