Smyths Toys Superstores reopen for same day click and collect

Smyths Toys has reopened its stores for customers to click and collect.

The service is available in all but five stores and means customers can buy products online before 3pm and collect them the same day.

Only customers who have ordered in advance and have a 'Ready for Collection' email can enter the stores and anyone else will be refused entry.

The Click & Collect point will be at the front door of the store. Customers are asked to queue at the designated points outside the store and respect social distancing, keeping at least two metres from other shoppers.

If you order a large or heavy item, you're being asked to 'ensure you have the means to easily collect the item'.

Refunds/exchanges or additional sales at the stores are not available.

The 'Click and Collect Only Service' is available in all stores excluding Leeds Kirkstall, Llandudno, Salisbury, Inverness and Forestside.

Collection hours may vary per store. Check here for store collection times.

Earlier this week the government laid out its plans for when 'non-essential' retailers can reopen.

Shops currently considered 'non-essential', such as fashion or homeware retailers, could be able to open from the start of June.

However, other businesses, such as pubs, hairdressers and cinemas will have to wait until July before they can reopen.
