Thrifting is full of hidden gems—the only trouble is that once you find them, you might never see them again. This is why TikToker Taylor (@taylor_k76) has enlisted the help of the internet in helping find the detergent she just can’t stop thinking about.
“I need your help, because there’s a laundry detergent that I cannot find, and I’ve spent so much money on detergents, and it’s not the right one,” she began.
“There’s a detergent that smells so good, but not like too overpowering and but like I can smell it on people’s clothes,” she said. “One time I thrifted something and it smelled so good, even after I washed it, it still smelled like it.”
“One time I bought something from Cashmart, and asked the lady what detergent was because it had that scent, and she told me it was Frey Cedar Grove,” she continued.
However, this wasn’t quite right. Taylor noted that while she had a subscription for this detergent, the smell doesn’t last as long as the other one.
“So please help me,” she concluded. “Because I need it.”

Commenters knew which detergent it was instantly
In the comments, countless users suggested the detergent could be Diva Wash. “My hubby works in law enforcement and def Diva Wash,” one wrote. “Mix it in [with] a non-scented detergent so it’s not too overpowering.”
“Once you go Diva wash you’ll NEVER go back!” a second declared. “I’ve had people randomly ask me, ‘ Do you use Diva laundry detergent?’ Because your clothes will hold that smell. Mix it with unscented detergent to make it stretch further.”
While a third said, “It’s the Diva scent by the Tyler Candle Company! I have it and it’s phenomenal.”
Similarly, a fourth agreed that it “has to be” Diva, as they added that “it’s the only detergent I’ve ever smelt on someone’s clothes.”
Divas has made headlines
The detergent is so popular that it has even found itself in the news.
Describing the scent in a review, HuffPost writer Griffin Wynne said, “You could smell it from the bottle even with the cap closed, and it filled my dark, dingy basement as my clothes were washing.”
They continued, “I’d compare it to a cashmere- or amber-scented candle, woody and inviting, not ‘teen who just got their first bottle of Victoria’s Secret’s Love Spell.'”
