We are a digital marketing agency based in Brixton, where we produce multiple client reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

It was a no-brainer to invest in technology that would automate reporting – I have previously worked in agencies were some younger members of the team were almost 100% resourced to copy and pasting in Excel. This was something I really wanted to avoid as it isn’t good for productivity, morale, staff turnover and therefore our clients.

Smart technology is crucial to our progress – optimising our use of time is how we are able to compete with larger companies with more staff. Before investing in a developer to automate our reporting using search engine APIs, our reporting was labour intensive, accounting for approximately 25% of team time. Now, following the introduction of the automation project, with one click our bespoke reports are updated and ready to send.

With extra free time, the team invest more into client relationships and personal development, which I hope will translate to even better results in the future.
