Three months ago we started using 4th Office which is a cloud-based workspace. It has transformed the way we work and provides a platform to build on for future growth.
4th Office allows us to work with our team and our freelancers (designers, PRs, copywriters) remotely while ensuring a structured process for project management. The tool has completely changed the way we can work and grow our business, allowing us to work flexibly: Employees work more efficiently wherever they are (home, traveling, in the office) - we can respond when we need to and can access updates on any project/client from our phone, computer or iPad. This eliminates our internal emails - we no longer have trails of emails which are hard to keep up with and follow. 4th Office allows us to communicate about projects in a much more logical way which saves us hours of time every day.
We have a shared workspace with our team and freelancers from Madrid, South England, North Yorkshire, Canada, Pakistan, Romania. We can use the best team regardless of where they are based! Excellent document sharing and editing functions allow a team to collaborate on documents, eliminating problems with version control.
In the long term it allows us to grow our team and manage them effectively without the need to expand offices. We can easily invite clients to the workspace providing a collaborative way of working which vastly improves results and client relationships.
