Mark’s view is that remote working can be more efficient, cutting commuting time. He explains: “We truly practice what we preach and all the products we use in the business are what we sell into our clients’ – from hosted phones, broadband and mobile phones. This means the team are responsive to customers at all times, no matter where they are.”
Effective, affordable technology is key to shaping smarter working in the business. A HVX phone system on the team’s desks/mobiles together with seamless call transfers to mobiles and remote extensions ensure a connected experience for customers.
The business has adopted a cloud-based system, providing automatic uploads to client files. The remote team can also readily access the central admin team for anything they need.
As part of this smarter working investment, Solution Consultants recorded growth of over 50% in 2014.
