Sales Coaching Solutions provides sales and customer service coaching. We genuinely believe that when delivered correctly, sales and customer service are the same.
We pride ourselves in our bespoke, tailored approach and adapt our modules to our client’s industry, working with them during day-to-day operations. This ensures practical changes are implemented, and ensures the continuation of good results following our direct coaching.
We have always included behaviour styles in our approach, believing that to maximise on sales you need to understand yours and your customers’ behaviour.
The more coaching we delivered we realised just how important this was. So we altered our approach to add full behaviour profiling to our services, developing a concept that integrates the profile results with the sales and customer service process.
This new approach and greater understanding of human behaviour has benefits for both our clients and us. For our clients, it enabled them to improve internal communications within their team and understand how to adapt their sales style to their customers’ buying styles. For us, it ensured the coaching we deliver truly matches our clients and reflects our idiosyncratic approach perfectly.
Now we identify barriers to change, areas of improvement and areas to endorse quickly, allowing more time to create habit-forming changes and more efficiently develop sales strategies for our clients to facilitate and secure long-term growth.
