Our cloud-based CRM system is designed specifically for small businesses to help them get the most from mobile technology and increase efficiency in the workplace.
As well as managing our sales and marketing, we’ve also adopted a number of practices that have helped to reduce our overheads and create a lean, efficient organisation.
Being internet-based means we can work from anywhere. Our UK office provides a base for our sales, marketing and IT development team yet everyone has the option to work from home as required, with two members of staff based in Australia. Our technical support team also work remotely and are based in Budapest. We chat and transfer files on a daily basis through Skype and email, depending upon which is best tool in the circumstances.
Incoming telephone calls are outsourced to an external agency, cutting down the business disruption. Calls are transferred to the office or mobile phones and our customers can also contact us via an online chat facility with any queries. All billing, incoming and outgoing, is managed online, as is our payroll. We have no files or filing.
