In order for Papillon to accommodate this necessary translator recruitment, we have developed significant working systems to deal with such high numbers, especially as we actively encourage in-country translators. It is impossible to visit and interview all applicants, as we receive at least 100 each week from all over the world. To ensure our high standards we have a two-stage assessment: translation and proofreading. If they are successful then they will be added to our database and become available for consideration of work.
