The main challenge that we faced was on the social media side, managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Twitter.
These accounts are now run by one person and are updated first thing in the morning and/or at the end of the day.
This way, we save time throughout the day, when we shouldn’t be on social media.
The other major change was to work remotely, rather doing a minimum 50-mile round trip. Working from home on selected days allows me to be more efficient, saving time and fuel costs.
