A company-wide Apple Macbook scheme empowers our team to free themselves from traditional working practices and work flexibly. This has fostered a creative, collaboration culture. Supplemented by a cloud-based chat/messaging platform, the workforce communicates and collaborates in teams, in real-time, in one place.
Tasks which can be automated, are automated; this frees up staff to focus on key business challenges for clients. A cloud-based HR system has facilitated centralised and automated personnel administration.
Our project management system logs tasks into trackable tickets, facilitating automated performance reporting. This enables staff to assess their upcoming tasks, giving them control over their workload.
A digital accounting platform has freed up significant time for focus on fee-earning, while simultaneously reducing overheads and bookkeeping costs.
