Little Orchard uses cloud-based technology to integrate with our big powerful edit and graphic suites. With remote computer access we can have our editors sitting with clients making amends to a film or animation in their office.
Recently we had a situation where, in the final sign-off meeting, the client had to make an urgent change to the film. Using a tablet and the projector we were able to log-in to the edit over 4G and make the updates and publish the film.
This technique also means that we can have freelancers working from home but keep all the content secure at our data centre.
In addition, Little Orchard also uses an online review platform that allows the end client and their key stakeholders review their films when and where they want on any device that’s linked to the web – really great for the very busy execs that we typically work with day to day.
This allows us to be more flexible to the needs of our clients and their teams – and keeps our key talent happy too.
