We have always been focused on driving the business forward in the most effective way. Applying the lean startup method revolutionised our company and our products, as well as my thinking as an entrepreneur.
Popularised by Eric Ries’ book The Lean Startup, the lean startup method is a business philosophy designed to help startups keep focused on their product and service by using a “build-measure-learn” approach.
At its core, the lean method is concerned with adding value to your business, your employees, your product or service and customer in both a time and cost-effective manner.
It’s a constant, iterative process that enables us to build our products, get them out to market and refine them based on consumer response.
It’s enabled us to create a suite of three games that we know a growing base of players love. Not only that, but the whole team buys into the lean philosophy, which enables us to work as smartly as we can, at all times.
It creates an environment where ideas count and no one is afraid of failing.
In essence, the lean way has enabled us to grow through experimentation. We take from it what works for us and discard what doesn’t.
