In October 2014 we launched our first iOS booking app, GoFantastic. It means that after years of work and development, London-based customers can now book over 20 maintenance services 24/7, in under 30 seconds.

The GoFantastic app forms part of a new smarter working approach and is benefiting staff members as well as our customers. Workloads have been reduced and for the sales, marketing and finance teams the effect has been particularly significant. Our sales team enjoy increased capacity to take phone requests and we’re able to take an unlimited number of bookings through our improved channels, which now include the GoFantastic app.

One convenient feature gives our clients the opportunity to upload three photos or a video. Our teams can immediately see and understand what’s needed and choose the most effective and efficient way to complete the job. Payment can be made using the secure card payment function which enables our teams to concentrate on what they do best. Payment is only collected after completion of the service and a confirmation email has been sent.

To date, there have been over 3,100 downloads and 21% of bookings now come through the app. This new technology is proving to be the biggest asset for our new smarter working approach.
