Bonheur Legal has, since its inception, placed its clients and employees at the heart of the organisation. As a matter of principle, we’ve tried to create a happy place of work to encourage productivity.
At Bonheur Legal, we encourage every employee to continue learning to further their expertise. This goes beyond our continuous development programme and extends to learning from other cultures. As a boutique firm mainly dealing with international companies, understanding other cultures often helps us understand our clients.
We encourage a family life and for those parents that have to pick up their children from school we remain proactive and refuse to create a feeling of regret for leaving the office an hour early. We get more from happy parents and happy employees.
We represent a range of clients from different industries and ensure that we understand what they do. Their development also inspires us to invest more in areas that will be of added value to them, for example we’ve developed new software to streamline our processes.
We believe in giving a voice to all of our employees and listening to what they have to suggest. We often give our employees free reign to master their ideas and see the project through. Allowing someone to be creative shows that you recognise their intelligence.
Thierry Hervet is the managing director of Bonheur Legal.
