A local Dublin company has been praised after an amazing 'act of kindness' and 'gesture of goodwill' to a family moving into their brand new house.
Small Finglas business Dialamattress who supply beds, mattresses, pillows duvets and cushions were hailed county-wide following a recent surprise extra delivery to a customer.
Debbie Osborne took to her social media to say that she couldn't thank owner Christopher Morrison enough for his extra free supplies for her new forever home.
She said: "From the bottom of our hearts, we are just so thankful for this.
"Chris was dropping out what we thought was just one bed that he kindly donated to us in time for us moving into our new house.
"But later we found out that he had given us two double beds and a single bed with mattresses, duvet pillows, the works."
She added: "Now that's one amazing person with a heart of gold.
"To do that for our family, thank you so much from the whole Osborne family."
Chris the owner of the Cappagh Road company said: "We’re blessed to be in a position to do things like this.
He added: "All the best in your new home, you are very welcome."
Local lad Chris' gesture did not go unnoticed with the Finglas faithful with many complimenting him on his good deed of the day.
One person said: "This guy deserves your custom. What a wonderful thing to do for the family. A total gentleman, wish your business all the luck you deserve."
Another added: "He's always very kind with giving stuff away. Fair play to you Chris."
A third commented: "I hope he has all the luck in the world, not many people out there would do something like that."
