From a London office Iwona manages a pool of graduates seeking to use their language and service skills in employment and internships. Part of her time is spent coaching, skill-testing and motivating young people who’ve worked hard to get good qualifications and master a second language. The rest is spent supporting employers towards their commercial goals, tailoring staffing solutions to help them communicate with international clients and prepare for the challenges of a global economy.
