Slovenia's Joker Out forced to pull out of performing at EuroVillage

Slovenia's Eurovision 2023 representative, Joker Out, will no longer appear at the EuroVilllage to perform.

The band were to take to the stage tonight but made a last-minute call to step down due to unforeseen sickness. A representative for the band told the Liverpool Echo: "Sadly we've had to cancel our gig at Eurovillage today as two members of our band fell ill."

Tonight is the first broadcast Semi-Final but Joker Out make their debut in the second, meaning the illness will hopefully not impact their performance on Thursday night.

Following the screening, local DJs including Natasha Kitty Kat, DJ Fairhurst, and Josh Aitman and Snoodman Deejay will bring the party to a close around midnight.
