Slim 400 shooting: US rapper 'shot ten times' in Los Angeles

Rapper Slim 400 was shot ten times, it was reported today

US rapper Slim 400 has been rushed to a hospital in LA after being shot ten times, according to reports.

The star suffered multiple injuries in a shooting in Compton.

Police told showbiz website TMZ that the rapper was shot at about 8.30pm on Friday night.

The rapper was shot three months after rapper Nipsey Hussle was gunned down in LA outside a clothing shop.

Hip hop podcaster Adam Grandmaison, known as Adam22, was posting updates about the shooting online.

He wrote: "Slim 400 got shot 10 times and is currently in the hospital. Pray for him"

He claimed the rapper had been shot in the face and back.
