A sleepy village has been plagued by 'mindless idiots' who have been going around at night stealing Christmas decorations.
Jen Jackson took to Facebook to vent her frustration and said someone had pilfered the ring of flowers, leaves, and twigs from the front door of her home in Cotford St Luke in Somerset.
She described it as a 'horrendous thing to do', and soon other locals were commenting that their wreaths had been stolen too - and one said that a giant lollipop decoration had also been nicked.
Others flocked to the post to blast the thieves for their lack of Christmas spirit, while others kindly offered to help make a new wreath for the young mum.

What do you think of the festive theft? Let us know in the comments...
One resident, Geoff Dight, posted online: "So now we have two things stolen from our Christmas decorations, what’s wrong with people?
"If you know where they are please bring back, such a pity there are people who do this and others aware of who have taken them too."
And Jen took to Facebook to say: "Whoever has stolen the wreath off our front door what a horrendous thing to do before Christmas - two upset little boys here you can replace now please!"
Soon local residents were commenting on the post and condemning the people who stole the wreath.
One said: "Such a shame that people have to do this. This village is going to the pits.
And a second wrote: "Let's not let the few colour our judgement of the village, on the whole, we have lovely people living here and it's not just Cotford, mindless idiots live everywhere."
While a third said: "What the hell is wrong with this village at the moment? If you like I have some foliage left and more than happy to make you one free of charge. So sorry to hear this. It’s disgusting"
And a fourth also offered to help, adding: "I have some offcuts from our Christmas tree too if you’d like them to make a new wreath. So sad this has happened."
