MUMBAI: A 47-year-old woman and her daughter, 21, and son, 13, were found dead following a suspected overdose of sleeping pills in Mira Road. The children were mentally challenged.
The woman, a divorcee, was living in the house of her father along with her children. It was her father who discovered the bodies when he went to their room to wake them up on Tuesday morning.
He told the police that she was upset with her children’s mental condition. Naya Nagar police said that strips of sleeping pills were found in the bedroom.
