Tributes have poured in for “gorgeous girl” Sarah Buick after police confirmed a body was found on Ben Nevis.
The 24-year-old hillwalker had been missing since Tuesday morning after posting selfies at the peak of the mountain.
Police confirmed that a body had been found in the search for Sarah, from Dundee, on Thursday.

She is yet to be formally identified however her family have been made aware.
Following the heartbreaking news, one friend wrote: “Rest in peace Sarah. We will all miss you every single day, think your special boy Cino will miss you the most.”
Another added: “Sleep tight gorgeous girl.”
Lochaber Mountain Rescue team issued a short message on Facebook stating: “At this difficult time, all our thoughts go out to Sarah’s friends and family.”
Many hillwalkers were left devastated by the news and shared heartfelt messages for her family.
One woman said: “Very sad to hear this, I've been thinking of Sarah since she went missing. Although I'm careful when I walk the Munros on my own, this happening to Sarah has brought it home how dangerous the hills can be. Thinking of Sarah and her family.”
Another man said: “Terrible news, I do a lot of solo hiking and tragedies like this really hit home, thoughts go out to family and friends.”
“So terribly sad,” wrote another. “Deepest thoughts to family friends and those paid and volunteer emergency services involved in the search and recovery.”
One well wisher wrote: “Fly high beautiful girl you’ll always be in the hills you loved. Sorry for her family and friends.”
Another said: “So sorry, so hard and sad to know the end of this adventure. Im sure all Dundee hikers keep thinking about you today, Sarah. Fly high, you looked so happy on that early morning, and Ben Nevis was so bright for you.”
