Slavia Prague vs Barcelona lineups: The starting XIs we expect to see this evening in the Champions League

Samuel Umtiti is out of Barcelona’s trip to Slavia Prague in the Champions League on Wednesday night with a bruised knee.

The France defender returned to action following a foot injury on Saturday and impressed in the Catalans’ 3-0 win at Eibar alongside compatriot Clement Lenglet, but has not been included in the squad for the game in the Czech Republic.

Gerard Pique, suspended in LaLiga at the weekend, will return to the starting XI in his place.

Sergi Roberto also misses out with a knee injury that forced him off at half-time in Eibar at the weekend, but Junior Firpo should be available after overcoming a slight hamstring problem.

Coach Ernesto Valverde has left midfielder Carles Alena and forward Carles Perez out of his squad for the game in Prague.

Slavia, meanwhile, have no injury problems ahead of the Group F clash.

Predicted lineups

Slavia Prague (4-2-3-1): Kolar; Coufal, Kudela, Hovorka, Boril; Sevcik, Soucek; Masopust, Stanciu, Olayinka; Tecl

Barcelona (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Semedo, Pique, Lenglet, Alba; Busquets, Arthur, De Jong; Messi, Suarez, Griezmann
