Accused Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela has appeared in a video posted by the Czech club for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
The Czech international is facing a UEFA investigation after a flashpoint with Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara in their Europa League win.
Kudela covered his mouth before saying something to the Finland international, sparking a furious reaction from the Ibrox players.
Kamara has stated that the Slavia man called him a "f*****g monkey", which the defender has denied.
That has been undermined by Rangers team-mate Bongani Zungu having heard the alleged exchange and a leaked voice note from backup goalkeeper Premsyl Kovar.
The Czech league leaders deny there was racism involved and featured Kudela in a video posted for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
The video features members of the squad sending an anti-racism message and begins: "Racism has no place in football, in society or in our day-to-day lives.
"Any form of racism is unacceptable. We are Slavia, a multicultural team of players from 11 countries and three continents and we say a loud NO to racism".
It then features Slavia players saying "no to racism" in their native languages, including Kudela.
A UEFA investigation has been opened into the events at Ibrox, with the defender facing a minimum 10 game ban if found guilty of racial abuse.
Slavia have also alleged that Kudela was physically assaulted after the final whistle in view of UEFA delegates.
