Czech goalkeeping royalty Kamil Contofalsky praised Rangers keeper Allan McGregor 's save as 'world class' and then remembered he had his jersey framed in his own home.
The Rangers keeper McGregor made an incredible save to keep out a header from Slavia's Lukas Masopust in the dying moments of the Last 16 first leg in the Europa League.
Former Slavia keeper Contofalsky made his name at the club before earning a big move to Zenit St Petersburg and helped the Russian club win six titles.
He was also on the bench when Zenit beat Rangers in the 2008 UEFA Cup Final, with McGregor injured for the game.
But after watching his wondersave, Contofalsky recalled he'd come across McGregor before.
He said: "The agility Allan McGregor showed and the sheer speed of his reaction for any goalkeeper in the world was sensational.
"But to do it as his age is incredible. The save was world class.
"After the match, I had a nagging feeling I remembered McGregor from somewhere so I went home and realised his jersey was one of the many I had framed at home!
"When I was at Zenit St Petersburg, we played Rangers at Ibrox in a friendly in 2006 and we won 4-1.
"I swapped jerseys with McGregor so I really should have warned Slavia what he was like!"
