In total it will have 193 square metres of interior living space and 30 square metres of external space with breathtaking views from the harbour in the north to Bar Beach in the southeast.

It generated "a lot of enquiry" and due to the demand GWH have released two other premium apartments in Sky. One is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse also on the 18th floor at 1803 . It will have 168 square metres of internal space with two balconies and a price of $2.5 million.

"The aspect of the main penthouse was northeast. You can't get a better aspect," Mr Kunov said. "This is a different aspect. It is the whole back section of Sky and it looks over the lighthouse, all of Bar Beach, Merewether, Dixon Park, all the way through to Redhead. Level 18 of Sky is the only level that has three-metre high ceilings throughout the whole floor. We're expecting huge interest."

GWH have also released a north-facing sub-penthouse on level 17 which is north-facing. The four-bedroom sub-penthouse at 1701 has three bathrooms, three car spaces and is being sold for $2.8 million. It will feature 201 square metres of interior living space and two large patios.

Residents of the development will enjoy exclusive access to the complex's outdoor heated pool, gym and breathtaking rooftop terrace with kitchen and barbeque facilities.

The apartment has a king-sized master suite with views to the north, a walk-through robe and stylish modern bathroom. It is set for auction on January 30 with a guide of $899,000.

"We've had good interest," Mr Kunov said. "It's a unique opportunity for someone to get something that big in that area. It's brand new and a very unique buy."
