Sky launches new stream service allowing you to watch without a satellite dish

Sky has launched a new service today that allows subscribers to access Sky TV, Netflix and other channels without the need for a satellite dish.

The product - called Sky Stream - was launched today, and offers the same features as Sky Glass, but without the need for viewers to buy a Sky TV with the service built in. Customers who sign up to Sky Stream get 'Sky Ultimate TV', which includes over 120 channels, plus Netflix's 'basic' subscription as standard for £29 a month for a rolling contract or £26 a month if you commit for 18 months.

The standard package is only available on one TV and does not include premium channels such as Sky Sports, Sky Cinema or Sky Kids but if you want to use it on multiple devices, you can upgrade to the 'Whole Home' pack, which allows you to stream on up to six devices at once. You can also add premium channels to your package.
