Sky launch new cheaper package ahead of football restart

The Premier League gets back underway this evening with two games live on Sky Sports.

Ahead of the packed schedule that awaits football fans, Sky TV have reduced the price of one of their most popular bundles.

Theor 'Early Bird Offer' - which gives viewers access to Sky TV, Sky Sports, BBC iPlayers and plenty more - has gone from £48 a month to £39 a month for a limited time. This, over the course of an 18 month contract, work out to an overall saving of £162.

The Sky websites offer section also has other deals on packages that include their entertainment, kids and cinema channels. Customers also have the chance to build their own bundles to mix and match which channels they wish to have access to.

Elsewhere, Sky are also offering a 31-day rolling contract on their Premier League and Football Channels.

The offer is available to existing Sky customers while other options to non-Sky customers can also be found through NOW TV.

NOW TV are running their own deals in a last-minute bid to entice customers ahead of the football restart. Their Monthly Passes have been reduced from £33.99 to £25 - a 25% deduction.

Overall, there are 92 games left to play in the Premier League season. Two-thirds of these will be split up across Sky and BT Sport.

BT Sport have their own packages that include Sky Sports. Their 24 month 'Big Sport' deal is currently priced at £20 a month. BT Sport also comes as an added extra with their broadband deals.

Of the 33 games on free-to-air TV, four will be shown on the BBC, four will be show on a subscription-free version of Amazon Prime Video and the rest will be on Sky channel Pick which is also available on Freeview.
