Sky Broadband customers are experiencing ongoing problems with their services this morning.
In a statement issued to Belfast Live, a Sky spokesperson said they are aware of issues with Broadband and Talk services in Derry and Belfast.
They say Belfast customers should see services "restored shortly."
"We have engineers on site now in Derry working hard to get those services up and running. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing. Customers can check the latest service status here.”
There are two separate issues in Northern Ireland this morning, according to Sky.
They added: "Issues in Belfast began early this morning and have now been fixed and customers will see service return shortly.
"Issues in Derry are ongoing and engineers are on site working hard to fix the issue."
