Following the successful resumption of the German Bundesliga, several other leagues across Europe are now ready to follow suit.

It was confirmed this week that Premier League action with return behind closed doors from June 17, with 'catch-up' fixtures scheduled midweek ahead of a full weekend of action.

While it has been promised that all games will be broadcast live on TV, the full breakdown has yet to be revealed.

What we do know, however - and in more good news for football fans - is that June will also see the return of the Spanish La Liga to Sky Sports.

Sky Sports had previously lost rights to Spain's top flight, with coverage switching to Premier Sports.

Ahead of the restart, however, Premier Sports are offering Sky customers access to their service free of charge by heading to their website and subscribing today using the code BACKTOWIN at checkout.

After 27 games, the current La Liga table sees Barcelona at the top with 58 points and Real Madrid just behind on 57.

Elsewhere, the race for Champions League qualification is a five-horse race with Sevilla, Real Sociedad, Getafe, Atletico Madrid and Valencia battling it out for the remaining two spots.

At the foot of the table, any side up to 15th place Valladolid look to be in danger.
