Over the past two decades, fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala can take credit for the perfectly sculpted physiques of many leading actors, including Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.

Karachiwala herself looks every bit the celebrity trainer. Her Instagram feed is an endless stream of her sweating it out at her studio, hanging out with A-list actors and snaps of healthy food. Her toned body is all sorts of #fitnessgoals. And don’t even get us started on how radiant her skin is.

Of late, Karachiwala has decided to share her pearls of wisdom for us non-celebs too. With short videos, she takes you through exercises that can help you achieve firm, smooth skin. Take a look.

In this video, she demonstrates facial exercises that help reduce existing wrinkles and prevent further formation of wrinkles around the lips and mouth.

Here, she elaborates on how to reduce and prevent lines between the nose and lips.

Next, she shows you how to do a facial exercise that helps lift and tone the major muscles in front of the neck and tone the area underneath the jaw.

In this video, Karachiwala helps you tone and lift upper eyelids and also strengthen and tone lower part of the face.

While you start using various creams to reduce lines, you must also start performing facial exercises. Facial exercises are known to be very effective in reducing wrinkles and further preventing formation of new ones. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨* ⚡Today's exercise helps tone and lift upper eyelids + strengthen and tone lower part of the face. Reduces and prevents lines and hollow under the eyes. ♦1. Flirty Eyes: Place index fingers under the eyes, cover the teeth with the lips and pull top and bottom lip away from each other. Look up towards the ceiling and flutter the eyes as much as you can. You should feel the muscle under the eyes engage. Go on for 30 seconds x 2 sets. ♦2. Accupressure Point: Place the index finger between the eyebrows. Pressing on this point increases blood circulation in this area which will improve the skin tone. This exercise also helps reduce stress and promotes better sleep. 10 times Add circles clockwise and anticlockwise then relax. 10 each side. Relax and repeat twice more. Dont worry about looking funny! Look at how silly I look😉.
