Ski Yodl: British holiday firm plunges in liquidation as holidays are cancelled

  • UK travel provider Ski Yodl Ltd has entered liquidation, leading to the cancellation of all its holiday bookings after more than eight years of operation.
  • The Norwich-based company, established in March 2018, specialised in selling ski holidays and accommodation, including chalets, apartments and hotels across the European Alps.
  • As of 22 July, Ski Yodl Ltd is no longer protected by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), which confirmed the voluntary winding-up order and the appointment of a liquidator.
  • While no ABTA-protected package holidays were booked at the time of liquidation, customers with accommodation-only holidays may be affected by the closure.
  • Customers who paid by credit or debit card are advised to contact their card issuer for assistance with obtaining a refund, while those who paid by bank transfer must register a claim with the appointed liquidator, RCM Advisory Limited.
