Martin Lewis has urged people to check if they can claim back thousands of pounds due to money being wrongly taken.
The Money Saving Expert founder previously drew up a list of 13 ways you could recoup your hard-earned cash.
But now he has issued a fresh appeal calling on people to remind themselves of his tips, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Mr Lewis said: "I've been swamped with people getting in touch to say they've got huge money back, often in days."
The subjects featured in Mr Lewis's '13 ways' include the following:
- Monthly fees for bank accounts
- Tax back on PPI
- Marriage tax allowance
- Payday loans
- Student loan overpayments
- Severe mental impairment
Mr Lewis has used the Money Saving Expert website to publish some of the feedback he has received.
One person told him: "Thanks for your student loan reclaiming article. My boyfriend and I received nearly £200 each for a 5-min phone call."
Another wrote: "Thank you for highlighting the council tax refund for those with dementia. I've just applied on behalf of my mother and over £7,000 is being refunded. Nobody from any agency had ever mentioned this, so I am very happy to have read your emails."
