Six Premier League fixtures that will be affected by Chelsea's Champions League campaign

The 2022/23 Premier League fixture list has today been confirmed. It's a difficult start for Chelsea, who face Everton away from home and then Tottenham at Stamford Bridge in their opening two matches of the season.

The Blues will be looking to mount a serious title challenge next season and reduce the gap to Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table. However, a big summer transfer window is required for Chelsea, who are now under brand-new ownership.

A strong start is always key to a Premier League campaign and Chelsea face a difficult beginning to the season on paper. Everton away is followed by Tottenham (H), Leeds United (A), Leicester City (H), Southampton (A) and West Ham United (H).
