Emergency services were called to a crash involving two vehicles in part of The Meadows.
East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) rushed to the scene of the incident at Victoria Embankment after reports came in around 7.15pm, on Sunday, July 26.
Two ambulances and a paramedic arrived at the scene of the crash in The Meadows.
Five people were treated at the scene while a sixth was taken to Queen's Medical Centre.
Eyewitnesses said a fire crew also attended and the road was blocked.
A spokeswoman for EMAS said: “We received a call at 7.15pm on 26 July to Victoria Embankment in Nottingham.
"The caller reported there had been a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
"We sent two crewed ambulances and a paramedic in an ambulance car.
"Five patients were treated at the scene and one patient was taken by ambulance to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham.”
