France's Six Nations Covid-19 outbreak has worsened, with two more players now revealed to have tested positive.
Confirmation of wing Gabin Villiere and prop Mohamed Haouas's diagnoses takes the total number of cases in the French camp to six - three players and three members of management.
The rest of the squad will be tested again on Sunday.
Villiere, Haouas and scrum-half Antoine Dupont, whose illness was announced on Friday, are all now unlikely to face Scotland in next weekend's Six Nations third round match in Paris.
Head coach Fabien Galthie, assistant William Servat and another member of the backroom team tested positive earlier this week and have been isolating. The issue will severely hamper France's preparations for the match, while further cases could feasibly see the fixture put under threat.
France’s health minister Olivier Veran announced on Thursday that anyone testing positive for Covid-19 would need to isolate for 10 days, instead of seven previously.
A new 31-man French squad for the Scotland match will be announced on Sunday.
The six French cases remain the only confirmed positive results in the tournament so far, with players and staff from all teams being tested twice a week.
