Welcome to the Evening Standard’s LIVE coverage of the 2019 Six Nations.
The action returns this weekend following the first break of the competition, with Cardiff hosting arguably the tie of the series: Wales vs England.
England top the table heading into Saturday’s clash, two points ahead of the Welsh, while Scotland – who sit third – travel to France in the first match of the weekend. Italy host Ireland on Sunday.
Victory over Italy last time out equalled Wales’ longest unbeaten run, and their 11th successive triumph.
But their recent record against the English is poor, with nearly every game since their memorable 30-3 win in Cardiff in 2013 - one that saw them claim the Six Nations title and end their opponents' Grand Slam hopes - ending in defeat.
Who will come out on top? Standard Sport will keep you up to date with all the action from week three…
