The climax of the 2019 Six Nations is upon us, and a trio of teams remain in contention for the title in what promises to be a dramatic fifth and final round that includes three back-to-back matches this afternoon.
Record-breaking Wales will win a first Grand Slam since 2012 if they notch a 14th successive Test victory over Ireland in Cardiff, while defeat for Warren Gatland's side in the day's middle fixture would potentially open the door for England and Eddie Jones.
The Red Rose meet injury-plagued Scotland in the latest edition of the Calcutta Cup at 5pm GMT, by which time they will know if they are still able to lift the trophy.
Ireland's chances are more remote, with the defending champions needing to beat Wales and hope that Scotland can spring a major surprise at Twickenham.
In the day's early kick-off, fifth-place France - who cannot hope to jump into the top three after another disappointing tournament - host Italy, who will look to finally end a desperate sequence of 21 straight Six Nations losses dating back to 2015.
