Six Nations 2019 in London: Where to watch Wales vs England

England travel to Cardiff on Saturday February 23 to take on Wales in what promises to be one of the biggest games of the 2019 Six Nations.

The match at the Principality Stadium kicks of at 4.45pm, and is likely to play a decisive role in deciding the outcome of this year’s tournament.

England go into the game with impressive victories against Ireland and France under their belt, while Wales also beat France, as well as Italy, in their opening games.

Eddie Jones’ side will be without winger Chris Ashton for the game due to injury, with Jack Nowell his likely replacement in the starting 11. They will also have to do without influential prop Mako Vunipola, who will miss the rest of the tournament owing to an ankle injury.

Most locals are likely to be showing the match, but here are some of our favourite places in London to catch the action.

  • Rileys Sports Bar Haymarket, 80 Haymarket, SW1Y 4TE, rileys.co.uk
  • The Three Compasses, 99 Dalston Ln, Kingsland, E8 1NH, 3compasses.com
