Six more people have died in Greater Manchester's hospitals after testing positive for coronavirus.
The region's hospital death toll now stands at 2,205, the latest NHS figures show.
In the last 24 hours, four coronavirus-related deaths were recorded at the Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Two were reported at the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust.
The amount of people who have died in the UK within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19 as of September 8 has seen a sharp rise.
Another 30 coronavirus-related deaths were recorded in all settings.
Figures now show that 41,584 people have now died.
As of Tuesday, September 8 the total number of coronavirus deaths at hospital trusts in Greater Manchester stands at:

- Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust - 9
- Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust - 453
- NHS Nightingale Hospital North West - 6
- Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust - 570
- Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust - 6
- Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust - 186
- Stockport NHS Foundation Trust - 232
- Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust - 245
- The Christie NHS Foundation Trust - 13

Each day the NHS in England publishes the number of deaths recorded by each hospital trust in the last 24-hour period.
These are deaths where the person had tested positive for the virus or where COVID-19 was mentioned on their death certificate.
NHS England's daily figures sometimes include previously uncounted deaths and they do not include deaths in care homes or community settings.
