SIX men have been charged as part of an investigation into “violent incidents” in the east and west of Scotland thought to be linked to an ongoing gang feud.
It comes after police executed warrants and searched six properties in Glasgow and Wishaw on Friday.
Firearms officers assisted in the searches, with drugs and cash being seized.
The men – aged 57, 42, 36, 31, and two 26-year-olds – are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday. They have been charged with a range of offences.
Police Scotland said a total of 32 people have now been arrested in relation to their investigation, which focuses on a suspected gang feud.
The force said “extensive enquiries remain ongoing” as they investigate “violent incidents” in the east and west of Scotland.
